Anti-Viral Fogging
We offer an Anti-Viral Fogging service which uses an antiviral disinfectant solution (to BS EN 14476 standard) which cleans and sanitises large areas of a building quickly and effectively. It can kill off viruses such as COVID-19 and other biological agents in the air and on surfaces. The task involves spraying a fine mist from a spray gun which is then left to evaporate, usually for 2 hours. We would ask customers do not enter the treated room for 2 hours until the solution has settled. We are available 24/7 to ensure we can carry this out at a time to suit you.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning refers to the process which goes above and beyond a daily clean and ensures that all areas of your establishment are maintained in a safe and hygienic manner. Here at H&S we are thorough and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the end result.
Build Cleaning
Once the builders have completed the bulk of their work, usually before carpets are fitted, our staff carry out a full cleaning service which involves getting rid of dust which has built up, often getting trapped in hard to reach places. Our experienced team know what we are looking for; dust and dirt above kitchen units, inside cupboards, behind drawers and under the bath etc, thoroughly cleaning all shower areas and removing all paint, drywall filler, mastic, grout etc.. It also includes removing the glass protection off all windows, kitchen appliances and removing tape from frames.
We then attend and complete a builders re-clean, which is the second stage of 3 stages of builders cleans. This type of cleaning is when cleaners return to the property and repeat the initial builders clean after snagging work is completed.
Once all the final building work is completed and the carpets are fitted, when the construction company is ready for the handover to the new homeowners, we are called in to complete what is called a "Sparkle Clean". This includes polishing up all chrome, shining up the kitchen and bathroom taps or a glossy finish on tiled and wooden floors - leaving no new tenant or homeowner disappointed.

Office Cleans
We offer one off or contractual Office cleans. A clean and sanitized office is a must in any working environment to ensure safety and reduce the risk of spreading germs. Same thing goes for a kitchen or break room where employees eat. It is imperative that this space be clean even if no food preparation is done there. This includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, ensuring everywhere is clean and tidy every day, and allows every member of your staff to focus on their work in an attractive environment.
